L&C Access Extra easy access savings account launched

The account, which is operated by customers through the post, allows access to funds without penalty or notice.
David Hollingworth, of L&C Investments said the account provides "excellent value for the consumer, for savings as well as mortgages".
The L&C Access Extra account requires a minimum investment of £1,000 and a maximum of £1 million.
Customers wishing to open an L&C Access Extra account can do so online or by phoning L&C Investments.
