Banco Halifax Hispania fixed rate range launched

The Banco Halifax Hispania fixed rate range of mortgage products has been launched.

There are five mortgages available, ranging in fixed rates of periods between one and five years.

Starting with rates of 3.41 per cent for the one-year fixed rate product, the Banco Halifax Hispania fixed rate range has a 60 per cent loan to value (LTV) limit throughout.

Ian Smith, head of European operations for Halifax, said: "These very attractive fixed rates will be ideal for those who prefer to have certainty of repayment costs during the early years of the mortgage."

Banco Halifax Hispania specialises in providing UK residents wishing to buy a property in Spain with a mortgage.
