The bank will not be charging any processing fees and will defer the first three months' repayments for those taking out a new home loan or flexicredit loan between now and January 31st.
Meanwhile, new credit card customers will not have to pay any bank fees for the first year, HSBC said.
"Over the next two months, HSBC is offering a number of Christmas discounts on various products, giving our customers the opportunity to make that 'longed-for' purchase this Christmas and during the January sales," HSBC chief executive officer Shaun Wallis told online service di-ve.
The HSBC home loans offer also includes maxicredit loans, the bank added.
