Bristol & West three-year fixed rate mortgage reduced

A Bristol & West three-year fixed rate mortgage range has seen its rates cut as part of improvements to the lender's self-certification range.

Several three-year fixed rates are available from 4.99 per cent up to 75 per cent loan-to-value (LTV), Bristol & West said.

Discounted rates are also available from the variable 5.19 per cent rate to 75 per cent LTV.

Mark Howell, head of marketing at Bristol & West, said that the lender's rates offer clients "excellent value".

Increasing numbers of borrowers have looked for self-certification loans over the past few years, the lender said.

The Bristol & West three-year fixed rate mortgage improvements come as the lender also announced similar changes to its two-year products.
