Co-operative Bank Deal Check goes live

A new Co-operative Bank Deal Check has been launched in a move that is claimed to save money for motorists.

David Newman, director of marketing management, said that it is often very difficult for the motorist to negotiate a good deal without the relevant price information.

But the new Deal Check allows those hunting a good car deal to find their ideal target price. It also calculates what people can expect to receive if they trade in their old car.

The Co-operative Bank Deal Check can be accessed either online or by phoning the bank.

In 1992, the Co-operative Bank became the first bank in the world to adopt a customer-led ethical policy that has been used by thousands of people since then.
