The Woolwich mortgage fixed-rate deals vary from a first-time buyer three-year fixed rate product at 4.99 per cent with £500 cashback, to a five-year fixed rate mortgage with a rate of 4.79 per cent.
All the Woolwich mortgage fixed-rate products revert to a lifetime tracker once the fixed rate period is over and have a rate of 0.95 per cent plus the Bank of England base rate.
Meanwhile, for the Woolwich discounted rate mortgage, customers receive an initial rate of 4.89 per cent, for which an application fee of £495 is payable. This is also available with a higher rate and no application fee.
For those customers wishing to borrow a tracker Woolwich mortgage, a product with a £495 application fee tracks the base rate plus 0.59 per cent, while this stands at 0.85 per cent without an application fee.
