Sainsbury's Bank Home Insurance altered

A number of new features have been added to the range, including a specified items cover option for belongings of a higher value, offering cover up to £15,000.
Insurance for properties with up to eight bedrooms and houses built before 1850 can now be taken up with Sainsbury's Bank also.
Cover up to £5,000 can be provided for student possessions and a new policy for landlords with buy-to-let properties has been introduced.
Karen Preston, manager of Sainsbury's Bank Home Insurance, said: "Our policy remains the best in the market in terms of value for money and benefits and the new product provides customers with an even wider range of cover."
A no claims discount of up to 40 per cent is available through Sainsbury's Bank Home Insurance if a customer has chosen to protect his or her discount by paying an additional premium.
A ten per cent price reduction will be offered to those who buy online and customers who purchase combined buildings and contents cover could benefit from a five per cent discount.
