Natwest 2006 Student Package launched

Incentives that feature in the Natwest 2006 Student Package, include the five-year young person's rail card, worth £100.
When using the card students can get a third off the price of rail fares throughout the UK, an average saving of £107 a year, according to Natwest.
A negotiable overdraft facility means students can borrow interest free at an agreed rate, something which is only the case with the Natwest package.
Students who sign up from August 1st 2006 can also get a free Windows Live Messenger webcam and headset to help them keep in touch with friends and family.
Mark Worthington, head of student and graduate banking at Natwest, said: "We recognise that starting university is challenging enough without having to worry about money. When choosing a student account, you should look for a bank that really understands the situation students are in."
The Natwest 2006 Student Package offers financial benefits and student security can also be covered with either of Natwest's student belongings insurance products.
