Tesco Travel Insurance announces price cuts

All in store Tesco Travel Insurance policies have been cut in price by 20 per cent this summer.
The summer sale starts on June 21st and customers can benefit from the offer through until September 12th 2006 and single trip policies can be specified for a later date.
Tesco Travel Insurance is underwritten by UK Insurance and includes medical, baggage and cancellation cover.
Allan Burns, head of Tesco Travel Insurance, said: "We all view travel insurance as the necessary but boring and frequently expensive part of a holiday. By using efficient sales routes through Tesco stores we're able to pass on savings to our customers giving them more cash to spend on holiday."
Other Tesco Personal Finance products include car, home and pet insurance.
