Zurich car insurance praised for its customer service

Defaqto, an independent product research organisation, has given Zurich car insurance a five-star rating for the policies it offers, putting it into the top ten in the UK.
The Defaqto rating system is widely regarded as one of the most comprehensive scoring schemes in operation in the UK and receiving a five-star rating relating to a number of factors is a major coup for Zurich car insurance.
As well as recognition from Defaqto, Zurich car insurance was given a thumbs up from Dunnhumby, a consumer analysis group.
Dunnhumby praised Zurich car insurance for its "customer centricity" and said that the firm "clearly understands the benefits of being customer focused".
Following the praise from Dunnhumby and Defaqto, Mark Searles, UK marketing director for Zurich car insurance, said: "We're delighted to have received this independent recognition by two leading companies.
"We are committed to putting customers at the heart of what we do and we will continue to put the focus on providing them with top quality products and services."
