Post Office car insurance 'lauded'

Savvy consumers taking up a Post Office car insurance package can secure themselves a £50 cash back bonus.

Alongside the cash back bonus, the group believes that Post Office car insurance customers can save up to £124 on an insurance package, which may be particularly advantageous for those drivers who have just purchased a new car.

The group's insurance packages also incorporate a number of other features, including optional breakdown cover and foreign travel cover.

Claire Oldstein, head of communications at Post Office, said: "We hope that more customers will take advantage of this great chance to save money when buying a new car."

According to the group's statistics, Post Office is the fastest growing car insurer in the UK, with 370,000 policies having been taken on since 2004.
