YBS 'energy efficient' home loans set for launch

The group's pledge follows chancellor Gordon Brown's announcement in today's Budget that he would be supporting energy efficient mortgage products.
Full details of the energy efficient YBS home loans are set to be announced in April.
The group also recently launched a new offset mortgage for those borrowers who want to pay off their mortgage as quickly as possible.
