New Standard Life Bank mortgages offered

Standard Life Bank has announced that it will be effecting a series of changes to its flexible mortgage products.

Available from Friday April 13th, the new packages have included a two-year discount mortgage from 4.69 per cent with a loan-to-value rate of up to 75 per cent.

A three-year Standard Life mortgage in the group's buy-to-let range can also be obtained at a rate of 5.40 per cent, with a loan-to-value rate of up to 85 per cent.

In another feature of money-saving potential, customers taking up a Standard Life mortgage will not have to pay any legal fees when using one of the group's solicitors.

Offering mortgages since it unleashed a flexible product onto the market in 1999, Standard Life currently deals with over £10 billion in mortgages.

For further information on the product range available, customers can log on to the group's website or call Standard Life.
