AA Insurance recommends guide to used car buyers

The car insurance provider has collaborated with expert Giles Chapman to compile the Guide to Getting a Better Deal on Your Car so that buyers can do their homework before stepping on to the forecourt.
AA felt the need to make this information available after 59 per cent of people told the insurer that they find car salesmen untrustworthy.
Janet Pell, head of AA car insurance, said that buying a car can be an "intimidating" experience for some.
"Before you buy, it's really important to do your homework and make sure you know what you want, what you're willing to pay and key things to check for to ensure you feel confident on the forecourt or wherever you choose to look for your next vehicle," she continued.
This week, AA Personal Loans recommended that people looking to buy a car on finance should shop around for the best deal.
