AA Insurance reveals unusual car claims

One of the AA car insurance claims involves a woman who had a bull crash through a fence and dent her vehicle, while another tells the story of a man who found apples raining down on his car from a forklift truck.
Another unfortunate driver filed an AA car insurance claim after several supermarket trolleys fell from a delivery lorry.
Janet Pell, head of AA car insurance, said that it was "interesting" to read some of the unusual claims, after dealing with more ordinary ones.
"It just goes to show, you need to ensure you’re covered for all eventualities, however far-fetched they might seem," she added.
Also today, AA Insurance revealed that the cost of insuring a car rose during the past year.
