A rebate of the yearly management charge for 2008 – extra expenses excluded – is available for lump sumps of £4,000 invested into certain Legal & General Isas before the end of the current tax year.
Legal & General wants to urge consumers to take "full advantage" of the tax-efficiency available to them, said customer marketing director Amanda Brown.
By taking advantage of the Legal & General cashback Isa deal, customers can maximise tax savings while "getting a little something back", she said.
"Our current range of index-tracking funds across the UK and international markets are very competitive and offer a great value for money investment opportunity," Ms Brown concluded.
A "strategic distribution agreement" between Legal & General and Nationwide sealed last week will see the building society sell various Legal & General products via its 3,300 financial consultants, it has been announced.
