The specialist equity release provider will be advising the bank's customers on a range of home reversion and lifetime mortgage schemes from May 7th 2008, either in their home or over the phone.
Kirsty Jackson, head of lifetime mortgages at Bradford & Bingley, said that in light of the shortfall in many people's pensions it wanted to give its customers the opportunity the unlock some of the money tied up in their home "to enhance their lifestyle in retirement".
"Because of the complexity of the area we wanted to ensure our customers were provided with the highest quality advice. We feel that Just Retirement Solutions will be able to offer our customers an excellent combination of products and service," she added.
In other news, Bradford & Bingley launched a one-year fixed-rate eBond last week, with a rate of 6.4 per cent gross/AER.
