Esure advises car insurance spring clean

According to the insurer, shopping around online to see if the renewal quotes being offered at this time of year are competitive can help customers bring down the cost of insurance.
Mike Pickard, head of risk and underwriting at esure car insurance, said: "Now is the perfect time to do some spring cleaning - not just to your home but all aspects of your household finances."
Recent research by the AA revealed that the months leading up to April may be the best time of year to buy car insurance, as prices tend to be lower.
The AA found that many insurers keep their prices static during the first quarter of the year in an attempt to win a greater share of the renewals market.
