The firm advises those who have not yet made a will to do so, as it estimates that the average age for writing one in the UK is 59.
However, not just a DIY shop-bought example will do, explains spokesperson for the company Dave smith, as often they are not legally-binding as people can get it wrong easily.
"It is important that you get specialist help and advice because family life is far more complex these days with many people having second marriages and many people not getting married at all," he added.
A poll conducted this week by consumer group Which? found that 56 per cent of people do not have a will and 35 per cent of respondents aged over 65 who do not already have a will feel that they do not need one.
