Abbey Business Banking: Just 3 weeks left on interest deal

Abbey Business Banking is reminding firms in the UK that they have just three weeks left to claim its offer of six per cent in-credit interest on bank accounts.

The bank's business product allows for free day-to-day banking on a permanent basis, but another of its benefits, an in-credit 12-month fixed interest rate of six per cent on balances up to £2,500 - is only available for another three weeks.

Customers who switch to the bank from another provider will also receive a penalty-free overdraft for the first year and a promise to match their existing overdraft facility.

"The clock is now ticking and I would urge small businesses who haven't already taken advantage of this offer, to do so before time runs out," said Paula Ickinger, product executive at Abbey Business Banking.

Abbey Business Banking also launched a new range of bonds this week, offering fixed rates over either nine or 12-month periods.
