Abbey Student Accounts announces hourly prize draw

Registration for the Money for Nothing competition is open to anyone aged 16 and over and Abbey has said it is not necessary to be a customer to enter.
Gillian Almond, head of Abbey Current Accounts, claimed the bank is running the draw to highlight the perks of its student account, which offers a £50 cash reward for signing up.
"This free prize draw is a great opportunity for students and others to get some extra and unexpected money in their back pocket," she said.
In order to sign up, people have to visit the Facebook website and search for Abbey's Student Account fan page.
Recent research by the organisation estimated that students were set to undertake up to 6.8 million hours of unpaid work over the summer in order to improve their job prospects.
