Aviva says Pension Tracker will give customers control

Aviva has highlighted the convenience and control that its Pension Tracker service gives customers.

Iain Oliver, head of pensions and investments at the organisation, pointed out that users can look after their pension at whatever time is convenient for them using the tool.

He highlighted how easy it is to sign up for the service noting that once people are registered they will be take control of their pension.

"Pension Tracker has been designed by customers for customers to give you access to all the information, tools and tips you need, just when you need them," added Mr Oliver.

Aviva noted that more than one million customers will be eligible to use Pension Tracker and they will all have the benefit of an online guide called Lisa.

This week, a spokesperson for Saga commented that proposals by the Conservatives to increase the retirement age were merely the formulation of what is already a reality for many people.
