The provider was picked as the winner of seven out of ten categories, including the prize for best provider overall.
However, many consumers are dissatisfied with the telephone service they have received, with 24 per cent stating that they would not recommend their provider to someone they know.
Furthermore, 34 per cent said they are considering changing their provider in the next six months.
Michael Phillips, product director at Homephonechoices.co.uk, commented: "Our findings indicate that value for money and customer service remain the biggest aggravations for British home phone customers as only 63 per cent are satisfied with their supplier."
Earlier this month, Homephonechoices.co.uk announced that the Primus Home Phone Saver package, which offers free evening and weekend calls to landlines with £9.15 monthly line rental, is available exclusively with the company.
