Aviva insurance claim advice offered

Felicity Corrigan, claims propositions manager at Aviva, said the information would help brokers to understand the details of the claims process so they could provide their informed assistance to customers.

She added: "When a customer needs to make a claim this is the most important time to demonstrate not just the importance of insurance but also our ability to deliver an excellent claims service."

A series of six guides will cover the more specific areas of insurance claims, such as commercial motor fleet, commercial property, liability, personal motor and personal property, while a general guide called The Little Book of Claims will provide advice on the broader aspects.
