More Than Motor Insurance offer 'romance rage' advice

The company revealed that 2.5 million automobile accidents have been caused in Britain as a result of drivers being distracted by disputes with their partners and gave advice for people to follow so they can avoid it happening to them.
It suggested motorists should take at least five minutes to cool down before getting in their vehicle after being subjected to the silent treatment and 15 minutes following a heated debate.
Furthermore, the insurance provider said that if someone has been involved in a blazing row, then they should take a minimum of one hour to collect themselves before getting on the road.
More Than also gave a number of tips to drivers in December last year to help them avoid problems during the wintry weather conditions.
