Steve Sweeney, head of motor insurance at the firm, suggested the current warm weather may be encouraging some motorbike owners to get out on to the roads.
He stated this can mean renewing an insurance policy and that is where this new facility comes in handy.
The new service compares quotes from 19 different insurers, with each one including excess information compliant with the Association of British Insurers' code of conduct.
"We have worked hard with both our customers and the insurance companies to develop a site that is quick and easy to use... and allows customers to make a really comprehensive comparison," explained Mr Sweeney.
This week, a spokesperson from moneysupermarket.com claimed the cost of travel insurance can be up to 211 per cent more expensive when purchased through a travel agent or airline.
