Leeds Building Society three-year fixed-rate mortgage 'a fantastic opportunity'

The benefits of the Leeds Building Society three-year fixed-rate mortgage have been lauded by a representative from the organisation.

Sales and marketing director at the company Kim Rebecchi described the product as a "best buy" deal and claimed that it takes away uncertainty from people's home finance budgeting.

The Leeds Building Society three-year fixed-rate mortgage is available at 3.75 per cent interest for up to 75 per cent loan to value (LTV), with an 80 per cent LTV arrangement on offer at 4.5 per cent interest.

She remarked: "It provides customers with peace of mind and the security that their monthly payments will remain the same for three years, at a very affordable rate."

Ms Rebecchi also highlighted how the deal is fully portable, so customers can take it with them if they move house, without having to pay a penalty charge.

Last month, Leeds Building Society announced that one of its employees raised £1,320 for Breast Cancer Research at an event called Walk the Moonwalk.
