JP Morgan Asset Management banking survey 'a quality source'

Cash managers have been urged to participate in the JP Morgan Asset Management banking survey.

Head of global liquidity Robert Deutsch said that the report, which has now been going for 12 years and gives information about cash management on a worldwide scale, is of a high calibre.

Mr Deutsch encouraged cash managers and treasurers to take part in the survey to give it the best possible insight into the current climate and analysis of the global markets.

Pointing to the positive reception enjoyed by the JP Morgan Asset Management banking survey in 2009, he drew attention to "the quality of the report".

The survey is ongoing and will carry on until the end of September.

For the first time, respondents will be given preliminary results in November, ahead of the key release early in the new year.

The company recently announced that it had taken on Dirk Popielas as its first EMEA head of insurance.

Based in Frankfurt, he will work on developing and enhancing the firm's insurance business within Europe.
