NatWest general finance advice offered to businesses

Companies are getting the chance to receive NatWest general finance advice through an interactive live webinar.

Sir Richard Needham, erstwhile trade minister, is among the panellists who will be participating in the event.

It is part of a series of webinars by the bank, called NatWest Business Knowledge.

On July 8th, firms from all over the world will be able to get online to receive NatWest general finance advice from experts including the bank's small business chairman Peter Ibbetson and Martin Temple, chairman of the manufacturers’ body EEF.

Mr Ibbetson said that the webinar would help small businesses to cope with the aftermath of the recession.

It is being held in association with business website Smarta.

NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland recently released a 14 point Customer Charter after surveying people who used their services.

Its terms include bringing earlier and later opening hours to more than 200 branches and to have most customers served within five minutes.
