N&P lauds 85% LTV fixed rate mortgages

Richard Barker, product manager at the company, made his remarks regarding two five-year deals at up to 85 per cent loan to value (LTV), which have had their interest rates cut from 4.99 and 5.24 per cent to 4.88 and 5.13 per cent.
The difference between the two is the former does not feature incentives such as free valuation fees.
Mr Barker said: "We are continually looking to offer a good deal and these changes mean that N&P is offering some of the lowest rates currently available at 85 per cent LTV."
N&P has also introduced a two-year fixed rate deal at 4.15 per cent interest, with Mr Barker suggesting such deals could be attractive to people hoping to move home or buy their first house in 2011.
Last week, the firm announced the launch of a fourth issue of its E-Saver account, which offers a variable return of 2.8 per cent.
