Leeds Building Society savings account 'simple'

The simplicity of a new product from Leeds Building Society has been lauded by a source from the firm.

Sales and marketing director at the company Kim Rebecchi suggested the easy access online account offered by the organisation is "straightforward".

She said: "A return of 2.55 per cent, combined with the flexibility of online functionality and penalty free access, make this product good value."

Ms Rebecchi pointed out that people are able to remain financially flexible with the account, as it allows them unlimited access to their funds.

The Leeds Building Society representative urged people to act quickly to sign up for the product and described the return offered as "very attractive" in the current low interest environment.

Last week, the financial services provider celebrated entering six regional sales managers into a triathlon, with the team raising £4,085 for Help for Heroes.

A spokesperson for the charity thanked the fundraisers for taking part and said the organisation is grateful for the donation.
