Coventry Building Society fixed rate mortgages 'highly competitive'

A new range of fixed rate mortgages from Coventry Building Society should allow more people to take advantage of the firm's home finance, according to a source from the company.

Colin Franklin, sales and marketing director at the lender, described how the organisation has "enhanced" its mortgage offering with new fixed and Flexx for Term options.

He said: "With loan-to-values (LTV) available up to 80 per cent, now even more borrowers will be able to benefit from our highly competitive range."

The Coventry Building Society fixed rate mortgages are available on two, three and five-year terms, with interest at 4.15 per cent, 4.85 per cent and 4.99 per cent respectively.

In addition to two conventional Flexx for Term arrangements, the firm has also launched an offset variety at 3.49 per cent interest at up to 75 per cent LTV.

Last month, Coventry Intermediaries brand Godiva unveiled a new three-year fixed rate mortgage at 4.75 per cent interest.
