New mortgage range launched by Godiva

A range of new mortgage products have been launched by Godiva Mortgages for the residential and buy to let sectors in the UK.

The company has highlighted a number of its new products as being particularly attractive, with home buyers urged to consider the Flexx BBR Tracker, which offers rates between 2.75 and 3.75 per cent APR depending upon the level of equity individuals have in their property, all capped at under five per cent and with no early repayment costs.

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: "Whether it's for a remortgage, house purchase, or a buy to let investment, this new range is ideal for everyone".

Meanwhile, Ray Boulger, senior technical manager at John Charcol, recently argued that the introduction of mortgage products with extremely long terms - such as 30 years - while a possibility in the future is extremely unlikely at present because of an inability to create terms that would be attractive to borrowers.
