New Britannia ten-year fixed-rate mortgage launched

A new Britannia ten-year fixed-rate mortgage has been launched, which the company claims is one of the market leading products.

The fixed-rate is down to 4.99 per cent up to 95 per cent LTV (APR X), making it at 0.2 basis points less one of the most competitive products available in its field, according to Britannia.

It comes with an arrangement fee of £349 and an administration fee of £100.

There is however no compulsory insurance attached and the mortgage is also fully portable.

Early repayment charges may be levied if the mortgage is repaid early, whether in full or in part.

The Britannia ten-year fixed-rate mortgage will be available from today via Britannia branch networks, contact centres and through its website.
