RBOS student accounts improved

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBOS) has introduced a number of new measures aimed at attracting the custom of students waiting to go to university.

Students opening a new Royalties account with RBOS are now being offered a Vue annual cinema pass and two-for-one passes for many other independent cinemas across the UK.

This is just one aspect of an account that seems to be specifically aimed at young people, providing benefits such as interest free overdrafts, 24 hour banking and graduate loan availability, as well as numerous other travel and leisure perks.

The developments come in response to an ever more competitive market, aimed at grabbing the attention of young hopefuls waiting to begin their student life.
