Scottish Provident launches online client centre

Scottish Provident International (SPILA) has launched an online service which will allow policy holders to access up-to-date portfolio information including policy summaries and premium payment information.

The service, named Client Centre, will give portfolio holders worldwide instant access to simple queries such as current policy valuations.

SPILA hopes that this will free up time for other, more complicated, client queries.

However, David White, head of investment sales for SPILA explained how the company is already looking to the future.

"Work has already begun on developing further online enhancements to maximise administration, business retention and sales opportunities."
