Standard Life Select Property Fund to be launched

The Standard Life Select Property Fund is aimed at customers looking to benefit from commercial property, both listed and unlisted, in various geographic regions.

Its aim is to provide investors with a consistent income, while offering an additional liquidity facility.

Andrew Jackson, manager of the Select Property Fund, said: "Few providers can offer our level of expertise across the range of property investments we are making available to investors."

He went on to say that given Standard Life Investments' excellent track record, the Select Property Fund was a natural extension to its mutual funds range.

"It’s an innovative solution to investors seeking global exposure to property," he concluded.

The fund will be available from October 13th.
