The products come with no extended overhang, and rates start at 5.99 per cent per annum.
There is no higher lending charge and the rate applies to both remortgagers and those making an initial purchase.
There is also a £599 completion fee on the Kensington Mortgages two-year fixed rate product, according to Mortgage Introducer.
