Just Retirement flexible equity release plan launched

The Just Retirement equity release plan allows customers constant access to their money and funds can be withdrawn when they are needed with a fixed interest rate for each withdrawal.
Andrew Megson, sales director at Just Retirement, said: "We want to encourage people to only take what they want when they need it, and as such offer a low interest rate for straight cash release and draw down."
According to research carried out by Just Retirement, this kind of flexibility is just what clients want from an equity release product.
And for clients applying before December 31st 2005, the valuation fee will be fully refunded upon completion of the deal.
