Chelsea Online Protection adopted

Chelsea Building Society has announced it has adopted Legal & General's Online Protection – designed to give customers better protection by tailoring life assurance.

Advisers can now choose from a number of products for customers, including employment, sickness and accident cover.

Thus the Chelsea Online Protection will provide customers with a more efficient service as well as a more personalised one.

Matthew Cape, of Chelsea Building Society, said: "The use of state of the art technology in the shape of on-line protection, to provide Legal & General’s excellent products, is a driver behind this strategy as it will enable us to efficiently meet our members’ needs."

When customers apply for the Chelsea Online Protection, advisers will now only have to fill in one form, rather than a multitude as was done previously.
