The Mortgage 2000 Light Touch comes with an initial pay rate of 5.84 per cent.
Other features include a free valuation as well as a cashback offer for £250.
The Mortgage 2000 Light Touch will be available exclusively through the m2-mortgage club.
The product is aimed at people who may have had financial difficulties in the past.
Chris Burton of Mortgage 2000 said: "The Light Touch Exclusive allows those who have just missed out on a prime product get back on the property ladder with a competitive rate and I’m sure a much appreciated cashback."
