Leeds Building Society has launched a range of 100 per cent mortgage products with a new straightforward 100 per cent loan.

The Leeds 100 per cent mortgage comes with a cashback of one per cent of the value of the loan and has no application or completion fees.

Leeds has launched its new range in order to assist first-time buyers who wish to get a foot onto the property ladder.

There is a free valuation of up to £335 as an added incentive for the Leeds 100 per cent mortgage.

"This is a really simple product, enhanced with a cashback, which will help some people – who really need it – buy their first home," said Karen Wint, head of marketing and PR at the building society.

"It is easy to understand, gives excellent flexibility and assists with some of the expenses of moving into a new home."

She added that the Leeds 100 per cent mortgage is available through any of the branches, the call centre or through its mortgage intermediaries.
