Economic Lifestyle Cash Release Plan available

The Economic Lifestyle Cash Release Plan has been launched, aimed at customers over 60 years of age.

Customers will receive a choice of various lifetime mortgages and reversion plans that are currently available and can access these either directly or through an intermediary.

Mark Neal, managing director at Economic Lifestyle, said: "Our Cash Release Plan is designed to address issues of flexibility and portability so that retired homeowners can take out a product which genuinely meets their needs."

Furthermore, customers will benefit from a rise in the value of the home and can also extend an existing plan if needs be.

There are no application fees for the Economic Lifestyle Cash Release Plan and the valuation fee is refundable upon completion.
