The policy, which was developed with members of the Heritage Railway Association in mind, should appeal to owners and museums that have items related to steam railways.
David Morgan of the association, said that he hopes the policy will focus on the "unique operating and trading practices" of the industry.
Furthermore, Phil Godwin of Allianz Cornhill Engineering, said: "Our team of experienced boiler and pressure engineer surveyors have undergone specialist training and will offer all railway enthusiasts a professional and reliable inspection service."
