Marks & Spencer black store card for celebrities

A host of celebrities have been issued with the new Marks & Spencer black store card.

The card offers the chosen few a 20 per cent discount on all purchases, including food and clothes.

Around 100 celebrities, including actors and TV presenters have received one of the limited-edition cards from the high-street retailer.

A spokeswoman for Marks & Spencer told NamNews: "It's a card that we give out to a very limited number of people who have been supportive in the past, who have said nice things about the company."

She went on to say that the chosen few all "fit the values of the brand" as well as having supported the store in the past.

It is understood that Jimmy Carr, Bob Mortimer, Martin Freeman and Twiggy have all been graced with a Marks & Spencer black store card.
