Principality fixed rate bonds launched

After announcing the relaunch of its mortgages, Principality has released a range of fixed rate bonds.

The Principality fixed rate bonds are available as one, two and three-year bonds and all have a minimum deposit of £1.

Sarah Sharman, of Principality, said: "Our new range of fixed rate bonds offer a secure home for your money, safe from any changes in interest rates and are extremely competitive within the marketplace."

For example, the three-year fixed rate bond comes with a rate of 4.95 per cent gross per annum, which remains fixed until January 31st 2009.

The maximum amount a customer can pay into the bond is £1 million.
