Pink non-conforming campaign launched

For the next 12 months the Pink non-conforming campaign will be offering discounts to all customers with a bad credit history.

Currently, those with an adverse credit history who apply for a Pink non-conforming mortgage will get a £99 reduction on the valuation and administration fee, reports Mortgage Introducer.

This offer complements the one currently available from Pink in conjunction with Platform, which consists of a free valuation and cash back on certain products.

Tom Jones, managing director at Pink Home Loans, said that as many as a quarter of those looking for a mortgage struggle to obtain one from a mainstream lender and that Pink will aim to get "the best offering for their clients' individual circumstances".

Furthermore, Pink continues to offer services such as a 24 hour payment facility to all customers.
