Platform non-conforming mortgages improved

The Platform non-conforming mortgage range will see its loan to value(LTV) raised to 70 per cent across all products.

This includes the Almost Prime and Medium Adverse mortgages offered by the lender.

All Platform non-conforming mortgages are available on two and three year fixed-rates.

Paul Hunt, head of marketing at Platform, said the new range had been formulated for the increasing number of people looking for mortgages with a low LTV.

He continued: "This new range has been priced to reflect this and now gives intermediaries more choice across our non-conforming products than ever before."

The arrangement fee for the Platform non-conforming mortgages is £545.

Platform Mortgages is the intermediary lender of the Britannia Building Society.
