Platform three-year fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage rates adjusted

The Platform three-year fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage range has seen interest rate reductions of 0.2 per cent today.

A cut from 5.29 per cent to 5.09 per cent interest has been applied to the three-year fixed-rate mortgage at up to 75 per cent loan-to-value (LTV).

Similarly the deal at up to 85 per cent LTV has been altered to a level of 5.19 per cent from a previous point of 5.39 per cent.

Both packages charge a valuation fee of £99 for properties below £300,000 and £199 for homes above that amount.

These Platform three-year fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage offers do not have an early repayment charge overhang, but do involve an arrangement cost of £545 and a broker fee of 0.5 per cent.

Platform is the intermediary broker of Britannia Building Society and is a member of the Council of Mortgage Lenders.
