Standard and Poor Threadneedle Investment Funds changed

The Standard and Poor Threadneedle Investment Funds have seen changes in their fund management rating today.

Two of the schemes – the Pan-European Accelerando and the European Select Fund – have been given A (New) ratings based on their track records and the consistency of the staff working on them.

The Pan-European Accelerando claims that it "has a concentrated portfolio of 30 holdings and is unconstrained against its MSCI [Morgan Stanley Capital International] Europe benchmark."

S&P reports that the European select fund has recently reduced its number of holdings and is expecting to show slightly lower turnover.

There have been no structural adjustments made to this scheme however.

A report on the changes to the Standard and Poor Threadneedle Investment Funds ratings can be accessed on the firm's website.
